DJI continue to innovate and bring drone fans with different services and offerings regarding its aerial technology. This time DJI created and opened its first drone arena in South Korea, the arena is located at the 1,395-square-meter arena is located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
The DJI Arena is not all about just for racing as other thought it is. The newly opened arena is also intended for drone hobbyist, who would love to experience the aerial technology, it is open for individuals, groups as well as a venue for DJI new pilot experience programs and workshops.
“DJI is committed to making aerial technology more accessible and easier to learn for anyone who wants to use it, and the DJI Arena is a great example,” said Moon Tae-hyun, DJI Korea’s Country Manager. “We hope to provide a safe and fun environment for people to experience the technology first hand, whether they are skilled enthusiasts or someone who is just curious to learn. Best of all, the indoor venue will provide a space for people to fly all year round despite weather conditions outside.”
The availability and other details regarding reservation will be available this mid-August, according to the press release. This is not only the Drone Arena that was opened to drone enthusiast, remember that also other companies, event organizers created their own drone arena to cater the growing drone racing sports.

- LCD TV for First Persion View
- Maintenance Room with charging docks and a workstation for repairs
- Adjustable LED-lit circuit for those who want to test their skills
