We wrote an article before about the Yuneec drone, the Yuneec Typhoon H, we discuss features and specs and how it will be a good contender for DJI’s drone which is the top pick by drone enthusiast and other companies to use it on their business.
The Yuneec Typhoon H do have amazing features and will certainly grab a huge slice of market for drones. But seems like Yuneec will be in a long litigation as DJI filed a patent lawsuit against the company. The Patent lawsuit is about the two features that Yuneec do have systems and methods for target tracking,” and an “interchangeable mounting platform”. So far this is the first ever patent lawsuit regarding drones and it will not be the last one.

Some says, this is a job demolition of DJI to crash the competition, its sees Yuneec as a possible contender for its professional drone product, and it sees Yuneec as a threat, you know the saying “pull the grass while the roots is still young”. Is DJI really want to monopolize the drone market for professional drones, what do you think?
